How to Order
- Orders and artwork can be sent to Tossits, LLC via orders@tossits.com
- Email subject line must include Custom Name and PO #
- Artwork can be included in PO email or sent separately with PO # referenced in subject line
Order Quantities:
Orders must be issued in increments of 50pcs
Virtual Proofs:
Virtual proofs are available at no charge and are required for an order to be moved into production. Please allow 2-3 business days for your proof to be submitted back for approval.
Order Changes/Cancellations:
Orders move into production within 24hrs of virtual proof approval. Change requests or cancellations after this 24hr window will be charged any production costs incurred plus a cancellation fee of $100 (g).
Production Time:
10-14 Business Day. Production time begins after proof approval and pre-payment have been received. Allow up to 2-3 days for order entry, pre-payment, and virtual proof to be sent. Production times may fluctuate based on order quantity and current production queue. Contact orders@tossits.com for current production times or if a specific in-hands date is required.
Shipping Terms:
Custom Tossits ship bulk via UPS Ground from our facility in Taylor, MI. Tossits reserves the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion. All orders requiring a specific carrier, special packaging, or expedited terms such as Overnight or 2-Day shipping will be billed at the customer’s expense. Liability for goods passes to the customer upon delivery to carrier. Please contact Tossits for additional details regarding shipment times and delivery options.
Samples:
Free random imprinted samples are available by request. To order a sample, please email orders@tossits.com with Shipper # and ship to address. (2) Random samples are free of charge with shipping account provided.
Drop Shipments:
Minimum catalog quantity is required per drop ship location. Drop shipments will incur the additional shipping carrier charge to each location.
Resale Policy:
Custom Tossits are sold to both end-users directly and through approved resale promotional channels. To ensure a reseller receives accurate distributor pricing, please include ASI or PPAI member # on PO when submitted.
